- I offer exchange or credit for your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original packaging and tags still on. All guarantee will be forfeited when a product has been worn.
- Free repairs are made within 14 days of purchase date. After 14 days, there will be a fee to do any repairs. A minimum charge of $25 not including additional gemstones may be needed.
