Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of each design, I do not offer refunds. However, I do offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once received and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Custom Orders
All custom-designed pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
Repairs
I stand behind my craftsmanship and offer:

Complimentary repairs within 14 days of purchase

After 14 days, repairs are available for a minimum fee of $25, plus any material costs
